• Partners receive a share of the business with monetary compensation

• Partners may be selected to join the board of directors of various companies associated with ACES

• Partners will manage client relationships, handle finances, and have their own approved budget & team to work under them

• Partners will be provided a track to a flexible full-time or part-time role, even if not selected as the CEO and COO positions
